Canon Release Firmware v2 For Their EOS 7D DSLR

Blending uncompromising performance with versatility, the Canon EOS 7Dis the all-round package.
In the Canon EOS 7D’s engine room is a DIGIC 4 processor which ensures speedy start-up and operation, white balance accuracy and true-to-life colour reproduction. It supports a range of ultra-handy photographic functions to make taking great pictures a pleasure.
For example, the 19-point cross-type autofocus function means crystal-clear capture of off-centre subjects has never been easier. Meanwhile, eight frames per second shooting allows a continuous burst of up to 126 large JPEG images for breathtaking action shots.
Superbly detailed images can be enlarged considerably without any reduction in image quality, thanks to the Canon 7D’s 18 megapixel sensor.
The inclusion of an 18-135mm lens brings distant subjects into clear focus and is also perfect for snapshots, portraits and wideangle shots. When teamed with the 7D digital SLR’s impressively high ISO speeds of up to 6400, the risk of blurred images is reduced when shooting moving subjects and enables clearer, less grainy photos to be taken in low light.
If it’s perfect pictures of friends, family and loved ones you want, the super smart Face Detection technology adjusts the settings and focus to deliver brilliant group shots and individual portraits.
The EOS 7D’s super sharp 3.0” LCD monitor makes it easy to frame and review images, while the intelligent viewfinder offers a wealth of shooting information, including Dual Axis Electronic Level to ensure perfect, true horizons.
The EOS 7D has a built-in 15mm wideangle flash, and has the ability to control multiple Speedlite flashes. Accurate and consistent metering is also possible thanks to the iFCL metering system.
All of these impressive features are packed into a weather resistant, durable, black magnesium alloy casing which weighs in at just 900 grams with battery.
