For this weeks feature we spoke to Debbie Oppermann and she told us:

I am from Ontario Canada and am primarily a nature and wildlife photographer but will also venture into other areas.
Indigo Blues

I love to spend my days in nature capturing everything from landscapes to animals to a simple flower or a minute insect.
Sun Worshiper - Map Turtle

Photography to me is both relaxing and exhilarating and every capture is pure joy.
Rock Face Reflected
I have received special recognition in the form of features and competition winners and/or published images in many magazines including Canadian Geographic, Canadian Wildlife Federation, Photolife, PhotoNews, Sigma Canada and Outdoor Photography Canada.
Ice Halo
I love to spend my days in nature capturing everything from landscapes to animals to a simple flower or a minute insect. Photography for me, is both relaxing and exhilarating and every capture is pure joy. I am fortunate to have many trails in my area especially along the Speed and Eramosa Rivers, where I can hike alone and spend hours capturing life's most serene and peaceful moments. I spend as much time as I can with camera in hand and when at home, my camera is always ready for visiting wildlife like hawks and herons.
