Featured Artist Patricia Lintner

Today's featured artist is Patricia Lintner.

Patricia Lintner is a self-taught artist born and raised in southern California, who has been living in Minnesota for the past 22 years. She has spent many years developing her art through oil, mixed media, and acrylic paint. She was mainly producing art in oil, but has recently been creating her art in acrylics and mixed media. She focuses on abstract, dog art, collage work, pastel art, and even jewelry.

She has produced art for local area businesses such as the Staples MN Car Show billboard and custom shirts, and local custom art for tattoo artists that have taken first place in tattoo conventions in Minnesota and is also a published illustrator for the book 'Two Boys and the Rustlers' by Carol Elek

A lot of abstract painting Patricia does is carried with great emotion, as you can see in her recent work “Fury”.

She also expresses her feelings in her work “Caged”

Although some may see her as a dark artist, Patricia enjoys her art as “lyrical, intuitive, spontaneous, and fun.”

As Patricia puts it “I always am keeping my eyes, ears and heart open to whatever new opportunity and challenge I am exposed to. I am always looking for the next subject to bring out on canvas or paper. The world is very complex and I am ready for the next chapter that comes my way.”
